Correct me please if i am wrong, is it correct that a reputable company (not in a remote area) mention among the required Skills for an HR Position “MALE ONLY”?
From my own perspective, this should be indicated separately under “Gender”…Though I believe that this is a clear discrimination and such era did vanish long time ago. Just sharing my humble opinion. Thanks.
