Location : New Cairo
Requirements:
- BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field.
- From 1 to 3 years’ experience.
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
Special Requirements:
- N+.
- CCNA.
- MCSA.
- Can deal with Camera Systems.
