Local Monitor & Radio Controller (Call center Agent) is highly required to join a multinational security and monitoring firm
Job Duties:
1. Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
2. Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
3. Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
4. Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.
Qualifications
• Gender: Males only - Egyptian nationalities
• Age: from 25 – 40 years
• Experience: at least 1 year of experience in call centers.
• Very good command of English language.
• Computer skills: Very good command of Ms. Office
#SMS_Environment :
• 2 Available positions
• Work Location: Zamalek.
• Working hours: 8 Working with rotational shifts.
• 2 days off after 6 working days.
• 2200 L.E Net salary + Social & Medical insurance.
