• Studying previous research on e-learning and taking its results into account.
• Study current courses and find out what needs to be developed and add new or modified information.
• Determine the needs of the learners and the requirements of the course before selecting the type of technology used.
• Provide training programs for teachers and students on the means of technology and how to use them.
• Providing each site with technological facilities in need and easy access, while providing lines of communication to solve the immediate problems facing learners.
• Start with a limited number of students to learn about the problems facing the application process and work to control and address them.
The e-learning environment needs the following:
• Availability of technological means and accessibility of teachers and students.
• Takaful institutions and universities with schools and build a young leadership and administrative support for the preparation of teachers.
• Help students and teachers by professionals to use the technology skillfully and use it as much as possible.
• Continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of the technology used and the curriculum in question and keeping pace with continuous development.
• Providing classrooms and facilities with the requirements of integrating the technology, in terms of the internal network, the Internet and many computer labs.
• The government should build a highly efficient communications network and cover all areas of the country.
